Just Be
Think less, separate from the physical, see with your soul. This world is simple to perceive to the senses. The soul is energy and it's happening are beyond the senses. You have to go to a place before your good/bad duality began mapping out what would be your current understanding of the way things are. A right for me could be a wrong for you. To transcend the physical you have to go inside to a place of nothingness. Words can't explain it. Be still and know. This place is neither good nor bad, for those are terms of people. We decided to separate things into categories. This place is absent of those things. The soul is not poor, or rich, happy or sad, right or wrong. The soul is energy, a word also created by us for our understanding. I'm sure energy is doing it less justice than deserved. Be in that place. Going there even for a moment, a place without duality. A few deep breathes, salvation from the physical. You may find you appreciate this place.
